HotSync with Palm TX

Hello, I know this question may not fit well into this forum, but I already
chatted with the Palm technical support who could not resolve. So I have come
here.

I have the following:
Outlook 2007
Windows XP Pro
Palm Desktop 6.2.2 with Outlook 2007 conduit
Palm TX with Russian Piloc installed, which supports Russian characters.

1) Outlook 2007 has Russian characters in contact and calender and shows
them correctly. - Then, when I perform hotsync, all these Russian characters
appear ??? on my Palm TX.

Then, I tried this setting as well.

2) Palm Desktop 6.2.2 has Russian characters in address book and calendar
and shows them correctly. - Then, when I perform hotsync, all these Russian
characters appear correctly on my Palm TX.

I suspect that the Outlook 2007 conduit for Palm Desktop seems to have some
problems, so this is not a problem in Outlook 2007. Palm technical support
gave up on this, so I am just wondering if anyone here has seen this problem
and known a solution.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.
