I'm trying to find a solution for the following problem:
While we are rolling out Project Server 2003, it is often necessary to make
a series of housekeeping changes to individual projects. Examples include
setting project options and manually synchronizing data with a legacy system.
I am looking for a way to do this that does not change the ownership of the
project or the tasks. It seems that just about any touch in Project Pro
changes the ownership and requires the PM to go through the whole republish
sequence.
The system really needs an administrative assistant mode that allows an
assitant to make changes on the PM's behalf.
Any suggestions?
