Hover / linking buttons

Ive heard of the problems with using Hover Buttons within a page as some
PC's cant display them. How can I get hold of more buttons for linking,
other than using text, pics or gifs to link?.

Also, does anybody please know where I could down load any buttons from?

Do a search for "web buttons" on Google and you'll come up with numerous
hits.
