Outlook express allows for more than one email account and ensures that a
separate inbox exists for each account.

Is this service available with outlook? If so where can it be found?

Control Panel>Mail Setup> Add Profile for separate Inboxes. Or you can set up
multiples accts with one Inbox and set rules to move mail to individual
folders.
