I need to create the above subject field to reach from different the existing
table and other table and set it as my Primary key for my existing table.
the purpose of this table is to log the current outgoing letters
Dpt/Title/autonumber/doctype/year =
dpt = department un changed value static
title = depends how is entering the data
autonumber = starts from defined number
doctype = first digit of the document type selected e.g Agreement, Memo,
Letters
year = is the current year
