How about shooting the Wizard and put people in his place

Wouldn't be nice to be able to send e-mail or talk to a real person?
Wouldn't it be nice to find answers to a problem without spending 20 minutes
and still not finding an answer? How can a corperatition as big a Microsoft
be so impersonal and watch(?) a novice go around in circles never getting
close to finding or getting an answer to his questions? All I wanted to know
is can I get a replacement CD for Office 97 Professional, but how can I find
out if I can If there is no way to ask the question?

Hi Merle,

Yes - automation can be frustrating.

Unfortunately, MS no longer has replacement media for
Office versions prior to Office XP (2002).
