How best to create drop down navigation menus - fireworks possibl.

I want to create drop down menus for naigation such as those that can be
produced with Fireworks. Suggestions for implementing in FP very welcome

Don't use the FW pop-up menus (or any other all-javascript menu system, for
that matter). They all suffer from the same rather serious disadvantages.
