How can a recipient save a Snapshot report after being sent one?

I'm trying to send out a report but I want them to be able to save it to
their computer, not just print it out. I found out that only sending by
Snaphot Viewer keeps my report looking the way it should, but it doesn't have
a "Save" option. Do you know how people can save a report with it looking the
way it should
