How can access open new cells with a new complete excel workbook .

I have a database already established with a form with 4 cells for data
entry. I was wondering of there is a way to have these 4 cells open as a
bound excel file not a link but actual data in the database. The database
already has a primary ID so the idea is when you open an entry for new data
entry it creates 2 new excel files and 2 word documents bound in the above
mentioned cell and not saved somewhere on the hard drive as excel or word
files.

hi,
there is not way to do what you want.
you can link a excel file to access and use it as a table
but data entry it done in excel so you can see it in
access. Access was created with this in mind. excel wasn't.
the only way you can get access data into excel is
download either through tranferspreadsheet on the access
side or microsoft query on the excel side.
as for word, i personally have never had a reason to link
access to word but i have heard in various post in this
newsgroup that some have use access in a mail merge from
the word side.(i never done that myself)
sorry. you will have to think up another way.
regards
Frank
