How can customize a template?

I am trying to use the this template on word.

I have bought the Avery 8371 business cards to use. I have loaded the
template onto my computer. When I try to adjust it to fit to the Avery 8371
cards, it won't pull the clipart over. It starts a whole new doc. Then when I
try to cut and paste everything, (Which is a total pain) it takes forever. It
won't chage the settings of the orignal doc to the new settings. HELP!

That template should work just fine the way it is for that card. Please
explain what you are trying to adjust.

The template has eight cards, the Avery 8371 stock has 10 cards.
