How can data updates from one table be copied to another?

I maintain a db that contains membership info. That info is also available
online to the members, I don't do that part. What I need to do is, get any
corrections or changes that I make in my version of the db, to the person who
updates the online directory. How do I do that?

Are they linking to your database? How did they get the data in the first
place? Your question is way too vague for us to answer.

Ask that other person how they got the data they currently use and then you
will be able to figure it out. I would hope that they are linked to your
database so any changes you make are instantly available in their database.

Sorry, I was too vague. No, the other person is not linked. They have a
copy of the db in whatever form it was in as of their receiving their last
update. The person who used to do this has left and no one has an
understanding of how the mechanics happened. I work from my home, data is
sent to me and I update the db. The person who maintains the online
directory is in another city. Is there a way to get the updated information
(only) to him? Can I run some query or report that shows only the
information that has been changed? Then I could email that to him.
