while there were a act in excel cell/s, the inputed data/s will auto save to
a specified file.
e.g. in the sale report, there occures a refer no. or somethings like
invovice no., follow with the data about 1. amount of the transation, 2.
saleman respone within, 3. something else related to the transatoin. Then
those mentioned above will file-into the saleman's folder, customers' records
and bills recieveable a/c etc....
