How can I add a printer driver shortcut to the "send to" menu in .

I have found how to add shortcuts to the right-click "send to" menu but would
like the ability to add a shortcut to the File/send to in Word. I can't seem
to find an easy way to do this.

I appreciate any help!

Open the Printers folder, right-click on the desired printer, and choose
Create Shortcut. Drag the shortcut to the desktop. Then find the Send To
folder (in C:\Documents and Settings\<profile name>) and drag the shortcut
there.
