Modify Print to One Note driver

When I export documents (PDF, PPT, word docs) to One Note using the "Print to One Note" printer, I would like to do so with a custom paper size. However, the driver only allow a few presets. I tried to modify the driver (by adding some code to the gpd file) to allow an user defined size but when I install the driver I get an error about having files missing or being incorrect. I'm not well versed on this topic...so any help is appreciated!
