How can I add a printer?

It says "Due to lack of resources this isn't availible/Printer subsystem not
available"
ARG!!!

You don't say which operating system, but if it's Windows 2000 or XP, make sure "Print Spooler" is
started in Computer Management > Services.

That said you might have better luck on one of the operating system groups.
