How can I add a shortcut to a document folderto the Navigation Pan

We could do this by adding to the Outlook bar before, help says you can still
do this by adding a shortcut to the Shortcuts pane, but I cannot make it work.

Any sugestions welcome

What version of Outlook?

I don't think this is possible in OL2002/2003. You can't access a file
share/drive through Outlook.....
