How can I add a table to the header?

It worked very nicely.thank you.

Might I suggest placing the table in the top rows of your sheet, doing Freeze
Pane and setting these rows as "Print Titles". This will separate it from
the rest of the sheet and print it on each page. You may need to adjust the
top margin in Page Setup.
