I am trying to add a contact to my contacts folder. Although it is a new
name, the email address is the same as one that was previously deleted. I
get the following message, "The name or distribution list has been deleted
and is no longer a valid address book entry. Unable to add recipient." Why
can't I add it?
The email is still a valid working address which I need to be able to send
info to on a regular basis.
The name appears in my contact file, but when I try and email them, I get an
undeliverable message.
What must I do to be able to email to this individual?
