How can I add fold here indicator to letter

[Wish I was Sailing]

I want to print a small line on the left margin to indicate where to fold a
letter to suit a window envelope.
But it needs to be fixed and not move around the page as I type. Any clues?

Use drawing lines with position set "Relative to Page."
