I would like to add Functional Bands in Visio to an already existing
Workflow, I could not find anything on this topic.

I would like to add Functional Bands in Visio to an already existing
Workflow, I could not find anything on this topic.

Quite simple. Open the appropriate stencil from
menu File -> Shapes -> Flowchart
(one of the Cross Functional stencils, you choose metric or US units, vertical or
horizontal)
Drop a functional band on your page, you will be asked what type of cross functional chart
you want and a frame and bands will be created for you, all you then have to do is align
your shapes with the bands.
