How can I add medical terminology for my voice recognition work?

I would like to be able to do dictation using medical terminology. How do I
add this terminology without having to buy expensive programs? This is just
for an individual, not a large group.

Does voice recognition interact with autocorrect? If so, it may be
possible to set abbreviations that Word would autocorrect to full
terms, then dictate those abbreviations, e.g., autocorrect would
replace M S with multiple sclerosis. This would require some
unavoidable setup work in Word Autocorrect.
