How can I add MS Office Toolbar to my desktop

MS Office Toolbar shows up on one of my User Accounts, but not two others.
How can I make it show up on th eother two? And yes, I AM computer
illiterate.

It is an optional installation item in Office XP/2002 and earlier.
If you use Start=>Run and type
MSOffice.exe
if the shortcut bar is installed that should start it (depending on the privileges and access rights of the particular profile).
