How can I archive my tasks by completion instead of by date?

I would like my tasks to automatically archive as they are completed so that
when I view them by people...the completed tasks won't be included.

That still doesn't do what I want because it doesn't sort the active tasks by
people. It seems like there should be a way to move the completed tasks off
to a different group or something. You can also sort by completed tasks and
it gives you the list but yet again on the regular view of who they are
assigned to...the completed ones are still there. Any way to make a rule of
some kind to do this?

You can view Tasks in a multitude of ways. First turn on your advanced
toolbars. Now change the view to Simple List or Detailed List.

Use the Field Chooser (icon to the right of the Current View window) to drag
the date Completed column onto the table.

Sort by whatever column you want (probably Complete) then highlight the
ones you want to Archive and drag them to your Archive Tasks folder.
