How can I auto load Hotel Reservations/confirmations to my calend.

I travel a lot and my hotel confirmations are emailed to me. I have been
told they can be sent directly to my calendar.

They can, if they are sent to you as .ics or .vcs files. I've never seen a
hotel that did that, though.
