I assume you mean that you want AutoComplete. Go to Tools, Options, Edit and
select the box at the bottom: Enable AutoComplete for Cell Values.
To set up things to replace (for example I have my version replacing my
initials with my name), go to Tools, AutoCorrect Options and set things up in
there.
