How can I automatically forward a message to another email accoun.

I need to forward my emails that arrive in my inbox to another account while
I'm traveling. How do I forward AFTER they arrive in my inbox?

Check if your e-mail provider includes an option to enable
auto-forwarding. Else, define a rule to forward all messages and leave
your Outlook running all the time (and hope that flaky Outlook provides
sufficient a mail server to do the forwarding).

In addition, you could just use their webmail interface, if they provide
one, to access your e-mails that way.
