how can I automatically minimise outlook on opening it

I want to open Outlook when I start my computer but have it minimised
automatically rather than having to press the minimise button

Modify the shortcut properties to start the application minimized. Create a
new shortcut directly from outlook.exe if you cannot modify the settings for
the shortcut that you are using.
