How can I automatically open an attachement and send same to a Pr.

I recieved regular e mails containing an attachment. ( A tiff formatted
attachment) and I would like to automatically open the e mail, and
subsequently open the attachment so that I may automatically print the
attachment on a selected printer. Any ideas would be welcome.
