How can I automatically set reminders for all accepted meetings?

When I revieve meeting requests from outlook users who don't have reminders
set as their default, and I accept their meeting request, then it is saved to
my calendar without a reminder set. I would like a default meeting reminder
to be set even when the meeting request sender does not have one.

If Outlook doesn't have a built in option to set reminders for meeting
requests, is there a macro or add in out there that would do this for me?
