How can I back up my emails on disc using outlook?

I need to be able to create a back up disc of all my email folders currently
in use in outlook - how can I do this without saving each email seperately
which will take me hours!!

Copy your .pst file that has all of Outlook's data, including calendar
appointments, contacts, emails, tasks, etc.
