How can I begin year/1st quarter in July instead of Jan in Access

I'm trying to show the quarter of a date field but our fiscal year begins in
July instead of January. Is there anyway I can make July-Sep 1st quarter,
Oct-Dec 2nd quarter and so on?

Try this:

datepart("q",dateadd("m",-6,dteTheDate))

The -6 indicates the offset in months from January your Fiscal Year
starts on.
