how can I buy outlook without having to buy suite?

My version of office doesn't come with outlook but the only way to buy it is
to buy a suite. Isn't there some other way?

Yes, Outlook comes in a stand alone version for about $110. Best Buy, Circuit
City or many online or retail software stores will have it.
