I would like to capture the screen with cursor shown so that the clients can
see where they should click their mouse.

Thanks for your advice.

My workmate suggests me to simply use Ctrl + Print Screen -> this allows me
to capture screen with cursor. However, I have tried. It doesn't work on my
computer. Is there any problem?

Window XP + Office 2003
Thanks a lot.

Free:
http://www.irfanview.com/

This program is free for noncommercial use
(and only $10 for anyone else). It's hard to beat
at any price. It does a lot more than screen
captures.
In the Irfanview menu go to Options >> Capture.
