How can I change appearance of Drafts printed out for review?

I prepare e-mails for my boss, and I print out a copy for his review before
sending. When I print them, however, it does not show the cc's or subject.
How can I change the way they print out?

what version of outlook? I get both the to and subject field in outlook
2007.
