Can you change the color scheme from blue to something else in the
Start a new message.
Click the Office orb in the upper left.
Click Editor Options.
On the 'Popular' options, select one of the three color schemes. Yeah, sorry,
that's all they got. I am not aware of any third party skinning programs,
but they might be out there.
