How can I change spell check to English UK permanently ?

I am typing my CV in word and the spell check is running on English US, can I
change this to run on English UK so I don't have to keep changing it every
time ?

Hi! Open it. Hit Ctrl+A, change the language under Tools--Language. Uncheck
"detect automatically".
