How can I change the color from blue, when I want to include an e-mail
address in the text of a publication?

Hi Maddo,

What application are you using to create the email link?
In Word the color is part of the Hyperlink style (Format
menu or Styles & Formatting taskpane)

Assuming that you're working in Word: The e-mail address is blue because
it has an associated link. If you don't want the link, right-click on the
address, highlight "hyperlink" on the pop-up menu, then click "Remove
hyperlink."

If you want to retain the link but change the color, you'll need to modify
the hyperlink style or select the addresses individually and change the
font color.
