How can I change the font

How can I change the font size in the "note" area of the
appointment card. I am trying to copy some excel cells
on the appointment card and it always copies as 10 pt. I
can change it as 8 pt but the next appointment it goes to
as 10 pt.
Using outlook 2000 and XP are the same problem.
