how can i change the order(ascending, descending) in a column?

Hi im fairly new to excel and need help in sorting a particular column
according to asecending or descending order in a worksheet. Any help would me
much appreciated!

When you sort (Data>Sort), each key will have an Ascending or Descending option.
Simply check the appropriate button.

Not really that simple. Excel sorting requires care, or it can ruin the list. Read
