How can I change the settings on the row headers/

How can I change the section on the row header so that the cells identities
are classified by alphabets and not numbers. example A1, A2, A# and NOT C2
R28, or C2 R45 and so on. This number setting is confusing?

Tools > Options, on the General tab uncheck R1C1 reference style
