how can I check off all contacts in the journal options

I want to start using the journal to keep track of excel and word activity.
I have a lot of contacts in outlook. Is there an easy way to check off all
the contacts in the journal options screen?

AFAIK, there is no native way in Outlook to do that all at once hence this
