How can I combine and move text and whole outline shape in Word?

I created an outline shape by modifying the basic shapes and sticking those
and text on the lines. Is there any way to move all the various outline
shapes and text above them at the same time?

This is really difficult to answer/explain, even if we knew the version of
Word involved, which we do not.

Theoretically, it's possible. In practice, it can be very tricky. All objects
that are formatted with text flow are linked to the text on the page with an
"Anchor". You can see the anchor if: 1) the option is activated in
Tools/Options/View and 2) you've selected the object (you may have to move it
just a little to trigger the display of the anchor).

In order to move text and object together, the anchor must also be selected.
To a certain extent, you can control this with mouse and the Advanced features
for the Layout. But mostly, you'll have to copy (or cut) the entire paragraph
in order to capture the text AND the anchor. You then paste and delete any
text you don't want in the target.
