How can I configure my recieve time to reflect the actual local t.

Mike's local time is Mountain. Mine is Eastern. There is 2 hours difference
there. When I open the email he sent, it gives the recieve time at his local
time, not mine. How can I configure Outlook to reflect the actual time that I
recieved the message, not the time he sent it?
