How can I control Office file location?

I would like to control the default file location for Office through
group
policy. I want to be sure all the Office apps open/save to the My
Documents
folder and I dont want users to be able to chnge the location.

I checked the resource kit for you, it doesn't include such an entry, and if
it would, it would illogical. What would prevent the user to copy the file
from Windows Explorer. It is the task of the OS to enforce such
restrictions (such as hiding the C drive)
