How can I convert a AutoCAD drawing into a edittable Visio file.

Visio 2003 supports AutoCAD drawings saved as version AutoCAD 2000 (R15) or
earlier. Once you have saved your DWG file to the appropriate version you
can open it in Visio and the right-click to choose convert.
