how can i convert a jpg format into pdf format

How can i convert a JPG format file inot a pdf one? and i want to handle its
capture as a picture so that i can copy it into excel in a small size, anyone
who knows it, please kindly provide me the relating infomation. thanks.

Why can't you simply select the cell you want to put the picture in and then
click Insert, Picture, from file and place the picture. It can be resized
in the cell.
