How can I convert a number to written text such as on a check?

I'm using Access 2003 with SP2. I have created a database in which I need to
convert a number to the text equivalent, like on a check (although it isn't a
check writting application).
For example: convert $659.54 to "Six hundred fifty nine and 54/100".
