How can I convert a PPT 2003 Pres with animation into a vid pres?

I have a Powerpoint 2003 Presentation that I need to convert to a video. I
know that it's possible to export each slide as a separate JPEG, and
therefore can be imported into a video editing application, but I also need
to include the animations that are in the slides as well as the slide builds.
Does anyone know how I can achieve this?
