how can I convert a Word graphic to a jpg file?

I have created a graphic in Word which I want to upload to a web site.
At the moment the words in the graphic upload but the colors and circles do
not upload.

Can anyone tell me how to do this, please?

Save the document as HTML. The graphic will be saved separately, in the same
folder.
