How can I convert multiple MSG files to EML without opening each email?

I have a folder full of Outlook MSG emails and need them in EML format for another email client. Opening every MSG file one by one is taking too much time. I need a simple way to move all emails while keeping messages and attachments safe.

Opening every MSG email one by one is impractical when the folder has many files. The better method is to convert the complete MSG folder into EML format in one run.
Before starting, copy the original MSG folder to a safe location. This helps if you need to compare any email later.
